Chair Yoga Thursdays 1:50-2:35pm

This 45-minute class offers gentle chair-based stretches and postures along with instruction in meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama). This class is excellent for building core strength so important in maintaining good balance, and learning techniques to help regulate your nervous system to promote a deep sense of well-being. We’ll also spend some time exploring the philosophy behind a complete yoga practice.

$20 per class payable in person by the class in cash or by check or pay in advance for 4 classes to be taken at any time ($80)
