Sandy will be offering to lead the 16-movement Qi Kong Bamboo Stick practice known as The Life Sustaining Way of the Heart, each Thursday in June from 1-2pm at Bangor's Fairmount Park.  This is a gentle practice to open the joints and generate vitality.  We will have a short meditation sit following the stick practice.  Offered free, weather permitting.


Sitting and walking meditation in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh, Sundays, 10:30-11:45am,.  For the summer we sit at the Stillwater Montessori School, 1024 Stillwater Ave., Old Town.  By donation.  Beginners welcome.  Please bring your own mug for mindful tea drinking.  FMI call 866-4103.


Mary Evans, Certified Kripalu Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Instructor offers a one-hour prenatal yoga class at 5:30pm on Monday evenings.  Prepare for labor and delivery with gentle stretches and guided meditations.  Pre-registration required.  Call the studio at 866-4103 to register for this class.
