Perfect for the beginner yogi with a special interest in meditation.  Learn the 4 aims of yoga, safe alignment in standing and floor poses, and breathing exercises to calm or enliven your energy.  Each class ends with deep relaxation followed by instruction in the practice of a variety of meditation techniques.
